For nearly 20 years, the American Society of Safety Professional (ASSP) Region III Student Leadership Conference (SLC) has provided its students with the skills, resources, and insights needed to successfully transition from the classroom and into a rewarding career as a Safety and Health Professional. We achieved this by inviting dynamic keynote speakers, professional networking events, hands-on learning exercises, topical breakout sessions, as well as peer-to-peer mentoring. Year after year, our students have consistently expressed how valuable this conference is for their professional development.
