The Silent Impact of Dangerous Goods on EBITDA
Jade Nelson, MS, CHMM, CSP
Join us as we take a deep dive into the often-overlooked world of Dangerous Goods and the quiet impact it has on organizational performance and EBITDA. This session goes beyond regulations to examine how DG failures show up in throughput, cost, risk, and revenue, often without being clearly visible on the P&L.
Participants will walk away with a foundational way of thinking about compliance: the right questions to ask, where breakdowns actually occur, and how those breakdowns affect the business. This session aims to arm safety professionals to understand the heartbeat of the organization and how compliance flows through it like veins to the heart. Walk away with an understanding of how to reduce/ eliminate blockages before they become failures.
