Calling All Safety & Environmental Students + Educators in ASSP Region III

Your ASSP Region III leadership team has started planning our Student Leadership Conference for Spring 2027, and we want to build something that students actually find valuable!

We’re currently exploring a 1.5-day conference format and considering hosting the event in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards – TBD, but we are already dreaming!

Before we go too far down the planning path, we’d love input from the people this event is meant for…

If you are in Region III (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas) and:

🎓 A student in an EHS / safety program
👩‍🏫 A professor or advisor to an ASSP student section or EHS-related students
👷 A young professional who recently graduated

Please take a few minutes to share your feedback through this quick form. Your input will help shape the schedule, speakers, and activities so the conference delivers real value for students entering the profession.

📝 Submit feedback by April 15: https://region3.assp.org/slc

Feel free to comment below with ideas as well – topics, speakers, activities, or anything that would make this conference an unforgettable experience for students.

Let’s build something great for the next generation of safety professionals!
