Britt has served in HSE for more than 30 years all over the United States, in 15 countries, and across 4 continents, as a professional firefighter, HSE professional and college instructor. He is a routine Conference Speaker (domestically and internationally) in person and virtual. He is also utilized as a safety expert witness, has been the subject and author of several published articles and the author of several books in leadership, safety, and child mentoring. Britt has a successful record of leading teams and individuals in the development and implementation of highly successful, cost effective, and sustainable HSE programs and cultures in several multibillion dollar global petro chemical companies and service providers. He has also been a productive member of Executive Leadership Teams for more than 25 years at corporate, business unit, and site levels.
